Hello, my name is Greg Hays. I have 20 twenty years of experience in real estate photography and ad and logo design. I previously worked in a busy real estate and property management office that sold homes and managed an average of 80 homes in a nightly rental pool; all of which needed constant updated photographs.

Through the years I’ve constantly refined and developed new skill sets to help bring the homes I shoot to life. I use multiple techniques, equipment and software to capture and bring forward the true beauty of the homes, their landscapes and their views.

Just recently, I received my certification from the FAA as a commercial remote pilot (drone pilot), purchased my first drone, and I’m looking forward to honing these new skills. Technology in aerial photography has grown. I am able to capture in RAW 4K resolution; then, render and color correct those videos and still photographs into outstanding shoots that tells a great story of the property you are trying to sell.

If you have a home inspection business, sometimes those roofs are just too unsafe to examine properly. With your direction and my drone, I can video any part of the house and then take high resolution images that are needed for your documentation.
